Monitor the flow of tasks to ensure on time delivery. Troubleshoot problems to make sure a project or process remains on schedule. Develop schedules in various departments to ensure work is completed on time.

Possess organization and planning skills and ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Position requires standing, sitting and bending. Computer skills required are Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred in marketing, advertising or communications, or equivalent experience. 2 years experience in advertising agency setting or client-direct marketing department is required. Previous traffic and/or account services experience is preferred.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter job/task and its details into project software system. Upload needed documents for task, assign to proper individual/department and deadline.
  • Open physical job folder for housing of associated paperwork.

  • Track progress in project software system.
  • Transcribe account executive’s client meeting notes and open respective jobs.
  • Research on printing, promotional materials, media and needed information for tasks.
